Paul and Annie went above and beyond.
They provided us with all the necessary information and transportation (with a smile) to and from the Tongariro alpine crossing. The also gave us lots of helpful advice on preventing blisters, right down to the toenail check! We had a great day and were glad that we chose them.

I have the wrong spot - we went rafting.
We had a great trip down the river - my first rafting trip and we never managed to tip thanks to our guide, Dee. It was a day of firsts with a rock jump as well - something I wouldn't haved done without Dee not to mention the son in the background making sure his mother did it! Lots of sunshine, crystal clear water, many many rapids, chocolate fishes and stories to complete the day - thank you

These guys manage to the cheery and helpful at 6.30am in the morning and never looked cross at us when we arrived late at the destination carpark.

Annie was very flexible on our pickup time after we decided to stay at Ketatahi overnight.

Brochure stated water proof camera provided but not so. Learner guide bit too "enthusiastic". Photos at end of trip very expensive and limited at $30 for DVD. Good healthy sandwich (make your own) at conclusion.

Old bus, nice and friendly bus driver, on time, all shuttles to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing are overpriced.
