Great site, clean facilities and roomy pitches.
Our camper van had a flat battery and the two guys couldn’t have been more helpful and got us going again.

One of the best campgrounds we had the experience to stay in over our 7 weeks of camping in NZ.
Easy access to downtown Wanaka. Beautiful views. Located in an upscale area. Facilities are outstanding and the owners/workers and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying.

We read reviews before going to this park that were not flattering, but we considered them pretty harsh.
This is not the smartest holiday park you will stay in but the showers and toilets were all clean and the views were fabulous. The location was good and the staff friendly and helpful. I liked that guests were encouraged to clean up after themselves and the kind way the limited utensils in the kitchen were explained. We would happily return to this site.

Best showers in NZ.
The ablutions and kitchen were spotless. Very helpful staff were happy to let us move to our preferred site. Nice and quiet, great wifi and facilities. Start of Roy’s Peak hike just up the road. We loved our stay and recommend it highly.

The best campervan site we have been to so far.
The best campervan site we have been to so far. Showers, toilets and kitchen area spotlessly clean. Free hot showers. Well marked out sites. Well organised at reception and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place, beautiful views from the powered sites.
Can get a bit crowded on Peak moments in the showers. Outdoor pool closed in winter. Wifi worked good.

Great location, not far from town but also close to Roy’s Peak.
Views across to the mountains were beautiful.
Heaters were on in the communal kitchen which was much appreciated. Note the kitchen didn’t have anything provided for you to use, fully BYO all pots, pans, crockery, utensils. Bathrooms were fine but nothing special. I copped a dud shower but I think I was just unlucky!
Unlike most other campgrounds in NZ they didn’t have a single occupancy rate so this place was not the best value for money for me.

Nice campsite with living room, swimming pool with games.
the bathrooms are mixed. The kitchen is very small and there is no place to eat, only a small table with two chairs that was always occupied, it is not enough for so many people camping but it is well equipped

The only disappointing campsite in my whole trip...unisex toilets where the lights are on a very short timer and the whole place goes pitch black whilst you are either in the loo cubicle or in the shower
. Not very clean kitchen or shower toilet area compared withj every other campground we visited in North and South islands. Would not recommend and will never return.

Of all paid campsites we staid at this was by far the most disappointing!
Not worth the money, facilities were very unsatisfactory and old.
Dryer took forever to dry. Laundry machines did not smell fresh. Bathrooms not totally clean. Kitchen had no equipment at all, no tea towel, no pans and pots and was really small, not even proper place to chop your veggies. Would not come here again and not recommend! There must be better options in this area for sure.
For reference: we stayed at an unpowered site, powered sites were further up and seemed superior (view and vibe)

Good spot to stay before heading to Queenstown.
Staff friendly. We paid about 40ish for 2 people staying in a non-powered spot.
Comes with free wifi, which can go so slow once it gets late and there’s much more people on the network.
Amenities are old but clean and in good shape.
Kitchen is small and gets busy! That was the only annoying thing for us. It’s only for the kitchen we review 8 instead of 10.

$43 for one night, unpowered site, 2 people!
There is gendered and mixed gender showers & bathrooms here. Both are great but the ladies block has a good hair dryer and stronger water pressure! There is laundry onsite that requires coins, a kitchen with fairly good utensils. Flat pitches. Beautiful views. 5 mins to the car park for Roys Peak and 10 mins max to the main town
(Driving). Friendly staff!
Very recommendable camp ground.
They take card and cash.
