Our 15 boutique camping sites are very spacious (room for a caravan/motorhome and several tents). Each site has a private ensuite bathroom (hot shower/toilet/handbasin), picnic table and drinkable tap water. The Park has lovely shade trees, perfect for the hot summer months. Among the original farm buildings there is a large kitchen with comfy sofas for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils, microwave, oven, fridges/freezers. Laundry available.

Perfect spot after a long, hot day of hiking at Mt. Cook. The individual bathroom cabins are the obvious highlight but even without them this place would be a gem: Sites are separated by bushes and trees for privacy, the laundry is good and there's a lot of space to air dry clothes, kitchen was clean and very well equipped. Overall a very cute layout. The only let down was the close proximity to the road but even that wasn't so bad.

This is definitely a nice place with a lovely owner. Kitchen and lounge are well-equipped and the ensuite toilet and showers are clean and good enough. Paid 48 NZD for a family with 2 young kids. Unfortunately the site is next to the road and cars go really fast what makes especially nights in a tent not very comfy. This is the reason why I would not stay here any more. The lake is across the road but for a good spot for swimming you have to drive a little.

only stayed one night but it was definitely worth staying there, the individual bathroom was a great feature, great onsite site staff, after briefly driving in and straight out of another site that looked like a dump station, lake benmore was a wonderful revelation
Stayed one night late Jan 2017, very friendly owner and really liked the seperate loos at each pitch. Nice place to stay for a drive up to Benmore Dam then along the Lake Aviemore backroad on the way east.
This is the nicest campsite we've stayed at in New Zealand. Great location, nice kitchen and we loved having our own toilet/shower cubicle.
After a long day at Mount Cook we ended up here. Nice place. Owner is friendly. You have your own little toilet and shower.
Super clean. Friendly staff. Good location. We cycled there, sites are very good for tents. Highly recommended.
This was really a nice campground. Spacious sites with nice trees, a picnictable and a private bathroom on each site. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen facilities were available, rather basic, but clean. A good place to stay to visit glacier lakes and mount Cook.
