What a great place to stay!
Extremely friendly owners with good, clean facilities. Very pretty campsite and not too big but still with plenty of space for everyone (not packed in at close quarters). We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

We stayed there for just one night, called in an hour early, and everything went smoothly.
It's a wonderful place with plenty of space, clean toilets, and fantastic hot showers. The kitchen is amazing, and even though they're still renovating, the place is already breathtaking.

Recently spent 2 nights at friends caravan.
The camp facilities were spotlessly clean and a credit to the cleaner 👍 Quiet camp close to town shops

Lovely quiet place.
Few trees giving natural shade. Lovely lady at office directed us to site. Toilets and showers clean. Access to river through gate. However the river bank is incredibly overgrown and you have walk awhile (5-10 mins) before finding the water. This area is great for running your dogs off lead though.
Definitely come again.

Lots of permanents but it we found a lovely quiet spot under some trees. Thrilled that they were dog-friendly.

I spent the corona lockdown here and it was actually really really nice.
The owner is super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Clean amenities and rooms, stocked kitchen and bbq with a nice fun lounge area. Great place for one night or permanent if working nearby

Could arrive at any time as they live there, could park anywhere, facilities fine, gentleman who took payment very friendly and offered tomatoes, rhubarb, herbs, etc from own garden.
Short walk into town and nice campsite. Very happy with stay. Incredibly cheap - $30.00 for two adults on non powered site!

The owner is nice without hanging about , the Wi-Fi is free, as are the showers. A few dogs running around that are very friendly. Amenities are not the newest but all very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Had an overnight stay in a cabin here.
The price was very good, and the facilities and cabin were all clean and well maintained. The manager was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stop here again. Great place with a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Yes, everything is a bit dated here, but it all works.
There's free showers, a well equipped kitchen & free WiFi. The owners were very welcoming & relaxed. The only thing we didn't like were the fridges, which were pretty dirty. Otherwise all was good.

The best campground in this price range I have seen so far.
It was $15 for me on a non powered site. The kitchen was nice with older but good working stuff (oven, microwave, everything you need). The toilets were clean and the showers were good. And the owner was one of the friendliest guys I have ever met, helping me with my car and showing me walks around the town.

Our least favorite campsite during our three weeks holiday in New Zealand.
Facilities are old, there are very few unoccupied campsites, the others apparently occupied by more permanent residents. The restrooms, showers, and kitchen facilities or not adequate nor were they clean.
