Avoid Camping Fines!

Roadcat Shuttle Hamilton extremely rude and was not there to meet me at airport as arranged.Dreadfully rude when I called to see where driver was.Never use again.

The Roadcat shuttle did not turn up to collect us, although I had received written confirmation that this had been booked.

We got through to Arrivals in Auckland International Airport at 1am after a long journey to find that there was no transport waiting for us.

On calling the contact telephone number included in e-mail I received from Roadcat, I received no apology/ assistance and was in fact accused of not making the booking correctly.

We were left with no option but to organise last-minute (and expensive) accommodation near the airport and take a combination of 2 buses and a taxi to our home in Hamilton the following day. This was very stressful and inconvenient, not to mention expensive.

I understand that Roadcat may have been busy and understaffed over the Christmas period, but if they were unable to provide the transport they should have let us know so that we could have made alternative arrangements in advance. Instead, we had a stressful end to our holiday which was a real shame.

On our return I followed up with an email to Roadcat stating the inconvenience they had caused us and received a reply saying that they would look into this. Four months on, we have not received any response or apology from Roadcat.

Unreliable company & poor customer service - would not use again.
