I rented a “2+1 Berth Campervan - Standard”.
It was in excellent condition, had all the useful equipment, and was easy to drive.
The welcome in Wellington was perfect, and returning the vehicle in Auckland also went very smoothly. I highly recommend it.

I’d also add they have no hidden fees or clauses, all very transparent.

During our rental in March we experienced some accidental damage to the vehicule on day 1 .
The Pacific Team supported us not only in a most friendly way but also managed to find the right professional solutions so that we could continue our trip. The Van and equipment were impeccable , and all possible aid was given promptly . We can highly recommend the company !!! Great thanks to all team members , especially MaryAnn .

From start to finish, everything was perfect!
The team was helpful and incredibly attentive. They made everything so easy and responded super quickly. They recommended a caravan with more than 6 seats since we were traveling with a baby, and it was the perfect choice! The van was practically new and fully equipped. We picked it up in Christchurch and returned it in Auckland, and the “training” on how to use it was quick and clear. Thank you, PH, for being part of our trip and making everything go so smoothly!

We are completely satisfied with our decision to rent a motorhome here.
The service, flexibility, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff were simply wonderful.
We chose the Pacific Horizon 2+1 Motorhome, and it was the right choice for our nearly three-week road trip across both islands. The vehicle is well equipped, not too large (so its easy to park even in regular parking spaces), and has a relatively low fuel consumption (around 9 L/100 km on average).
However, we wouldnt recommend it for three people, as it is a bit too small. We ended up using the baby bed as storage space for bedding. For anyone planning a trip: avoid bringing large suitcases, as there isnt room for them in the motorhome. Foldable bags are definitely the better option.

The camper van was in perfect order, clean and tidy.
Maryann was available for any questions at any time of the day or night.
When we found that we were missing bedding, Maryann delivered it personally to the camping site!
Great experience! Recommended!

Such a great experience working with Pacific Horizon and utilizing a van rental with them.
Everything about the process was smooth, good communication and easy to navigate. We loved our van stay; it was just what we needed. Everything was in good condition and worked well. When we come back we’ll for sure rent from them again!

Everything was smooth and fun, with absolutely no hassle.
This was our first vanlife experience, and it definitely won’t be our last. We’re so glad we chose PHC as our campervan provider—the 2+1 model was perfect for us. The van was in excellent condition: very clean, smelled like new, and was fully equipped with everything we needed.
Driving it was a breeze—super smooth and comfortable on the road.
We truly have nothing negative to say. If there’s a next time, we’ll choose PHC again without a doubt!
