Join us on our guided Auckland bike tours – as you glide effortlessly along on your electric bike, we’ll show you the highlights of this amazing city. Our guides are 100% local and love to explain what makes Auckland such a fantastic place to live (that includes taking you to some of the ‘secret’ places only the locals know about!). Auckland’s extensive and award-winning cycleway network makes getting around the city a breeze.

We love New Zealand and are committed to sustainable tourism. Our electric bikes emit zero emissions as you enjoy your tour of the city in the open air.

You can also hire our electric bikes, to explore the city on your own. We can give you plenty of route suggestions and insider tips, to make the most of your time in the saddle!

Electric bikes suit all fitness levels. We ride leisurely, and the motor assists uphill, though you'll still pedal on steep sections.

We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. For COVID-19 related government travel restrictions, we offer a full refund or date change. We may cancel or postpone due to weather, safety, or other circumstances, in which case you'll receive a full refund within 5 calendar days. Cancel by email or phone.

All tours start and rentals are collected from our base at Park Hyatt Auckland in the city centre. We do not offer pickups or drop-offs. Tours and rentals conclude at our base.

Check tour departure times and durations on our website, and rental collection/return times via the Book Now button. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete waivers and get fitted. Tours start promptly; we cannot delay departures for late arrivals. If you are late for a rental, no one may be there. Call us if you're late; rescheduling is subject to availability. No refunds for missed tours/rentals due to lateness.

We provide premium electric bikes, a helmet (mandatory in NZ), a bike bag for small items, a lock, and a lightweight rain jacket (if forecast). Tour participants also receive cycle-specific headphones for guide instructions and commentary.

Wear everyday clothes appropriate for the weather (no tight lycra required). Secure, closed-toe shoes are a must. Sunglasses and quality sunscreen are highly recommended year-round. Bring cash/card for food/drinks and a water bottle.

Riders must be at least 14 years old for tours or rentals (14-15 year olds require adult accompaniment) as tours involve city streets on full-size e-bikes. For younger children, a bike trailer is available for rent on "The Easy Rider" tour only, carrying up to two kids (max 45 kgs/99 lbs) for an additional $30.

To ensure a personal experience, group sizes are limited to a maximum of 6 guests plus the guide, except for the "City Lights" tour, which is limited to 4 guests plus the guide.

Your safety is paramount. Our tours primarily use cycleways, but some city street riding is necessary. Prior road riding experience is best due to the dynamic traffic environment. Our experienced guides lead safely and address concerns.

Auckland's subtropical climate means rain is possible. Tours run rain or shine. Bring a rain jacket if forecast; we also provide lightweight rain jackets and trousers to borrow.

Yes, we can store small bags. Storage space is limited for large suitcases; please contact us if needed. E-bikes have small bags for phones, cameras, and small items.

For rentals, a pre-authorized amount may be deducted from your credit card as security. A valid driver's license or passport is required for identification. This applies only to rentals, not tours.

Book tours or rentals via our online system for secure payment (Mastercard/Visa) at the time of booking. We can also take cash and credit card payments at our base for last-minute bookings.
