We had great fun!
Super friendly and much more technical than other rafting we did on our trip. Fewer rapids but thoroughly enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

I was very nervous but they gave great instructions and we loved every moment. Tea and scones much appreciated on our return to base.

What an experience!
Just a totally fantasic, fun, thrilling few days on the river with an awesome bunch of people. Never been white water rafting before, went through some bigger grade rapids, just about wet my pants at some points but the situation was always explained to me, briefed on why, where, how and I felt so looked after and safe, in awe of the totally experienced guides,(they know their shizz) never made to feel like a punter! Super well organised, stunning scenery, heaps of laughs, loads of fun, awesome adventure! 10 outta 10 for the fun/thrill/adventure factor, these guys rocked my world!

My husband and I had a FANTASTIC time with Ultimate Descents!
Our guide was SUPER! She made me feel completely at ease as were heading into these amazing rapids. A complete explanation was given to us on all the possible things she would/could yell at us to do. I can't wait to go rafting again! Thank you!!!

Loved it.
We took two young kids along. Felt safe the entire time. Tim was brilliant. Pretty full on for the kids, but they wanted more. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Grade 3/4 (weather dependent) rafting down Buller river.
Great fun, good for people with no previous experience. The optional cliff dive was amazing!

Murchison - white water rafting - Buller Gorge.
Good informative and amusing guide. Flexible and responsive to group requests. Can collect CD with phots - good souvenir. Walking distance of campsite.

Not scary (for a 57 year old with a much younger wife :-)....) apart from the jump off the rock below the rapids.
But floating downstream was great and the guide (Lisa) was just great. $130PP.
