Unfortunately, I was unable to use the campervan in our planned holiday in April, because of Covid19.
However, John’s level of communication with myself, was always courteous, professional and very prompt.
Hopefully, when we resume our holiday plans, we will definitely use Vivo campervans.

Our family of 4 enjoyed 2 weeks in the North Island in our Vivo campervan, and couldn't have been happier.
Very personal service including drop off/ pick up, easy and direct communication with the owners and excellent quality campers. We would highly recommend booking with Vivo over the more mainstream hire companies, and will happily do so again.

The van is great, very new and we'll equipped.
We were 5 adults and had a lot of fun touring the North Island in it. But the best part with Vivo is the lovely couple who owns this business. John is super friendly and incredibly helpful and flexible. Highly recommended !

My Partner and I had a wonderful time away in our Vivo Campervan, Clean , Near New and comfortable to drive, they are a Great Value for money alternative to the Larger Company`s out there, Thanks John
for picking us up from Auckland Airport and running through everything before we set of on our Journey and being on call when we had any question`s,

We travelled both South and North Island with the campervan, pick-up in Christchurch and return in Auckland, 2 adults + baby.
The Camper was brought to us in Christchurch and we delivered it to the depot in Auckland, with John being so nice to bring us to the Airport afterwards (the depot is outside of Auckland). The car was nearly new and in perfect condition. The interior was clean and it has everything you need and a bit more (e.g. oven, microwave, freezer), and enough space to feel really comfortable also on a rainy day. The car is of course self-contained and we did some Freedom Camping which worked perfectly well. Driving was easy despite being a big van. We could always call John when we had questions (happened a few times) and he was always available, super friendly and able to help us. We had such a great time in NZ and would definitely recommend booking with Vivo Campervans. Hope to be back soon.

Easy booking service. We were pickup up from Auckland Airport and dropped the campervan at Christchurch airport. Great service.
The campervan itself was brilliant. Clean, virtually new truck. Just the same as a car to drive but bigger. All the amenities were included. A mobile hotel room on wheels!!
We toured the South Island over 3 weeks and should have spent longer.
We had a great time touring New Zealand and would recommend Vivo Campervans.
