Blue Lake Track
A very nice area.
We made a walk around the lake and saw a lot of birds. After we drove to the lookout to see the green lake. It was not very green, a bad light.

Whakapapa Ski Area
We took the cable car to the top station.
From there we had a walk around. After the hiking we had a good coffee in the highest restaurant they say in New Zealand.

Whakarewarewa The Living Maori Village
The tour with the local guide was interesting.
And it was nice to see how they live in the village. The Poi for me was a must see.

The best pool we have been to.
The price was okay. And they had different pools (different temperatures). Even big waterslides for kids.

Mount Taranaki Summit Track
Very nice mountain.
A good area around the mountain. They have a lot of good walks around the mountain and to the summit. Highly recommend.

Mangawhero Falls walk
There are a lot of nice walks in this area.
You have a nice view to the mountains if the weather is good. We were little bit unlucky with the weather conditions.
