Super long queue for car return!

I have waited for more than 45 minutes to return the car, because of the long queue, lack of staff and extreme slow efficiency! I can't expect such a long waiting time (as I used to use other world wide car rental company in the past which takes only a minute to return the car). I almost missed my flight just due to the poor service of this car rental company! I don't know why they are so slow and also just 2 staffs to serve both pickup and return. That is absolutely unacceptable!

I will NEVER try this car rental company in the future! NEVER! Don't try this unless you can accept using 1 hour to stand on the queue for the car return process!
