they are a big company and well experienced.

My one particular gripe would be and i expect would be the same for all rental companies, the'd charge for breathing if they thought they could get away with it! having said that they listen to complaints but don't do anything about it., we rang and said our hot water service was not working but assured me they would fix it when we returned the rental!...
