Very nice facilities and campground all in all. Good location ear restaurants and easy access to Tongariro National Park.

Britz Campervans
The camper is 'worn' and has several things not working optimally (or not working at all) eg locks on doors, TV, Freezer.
When explaining this to Britz they simply sent us to a mechanic who sprayed some oil on all the locks! We knew it would be worn but expected it to work for the purpose!!
