Moderate/difficult climb up, but made easier with steps rather than loose gravel. The views are worth the climb up, 100%

Katiki Beach North Reserve Rest Stop
There is a great little walk and you can view Yellow Eyed Penguins!!
During summer the parents return from the sea at dusk to feed their babies. Plenty of seals also, and if you are lucky, some Blue Penguins!

Otago Museum
A neat little museum to spend a couple of hours in.
Some of the exhibits did not have the best layout (some back tracking here and there) but still worthwhile. Animal attic at the very top houses some really old taxidermy animals! Very cool!

Cannibal Bay Seal Watching
Great little bay for a walk, saw several lounging sea lions!
Can be quite exposed and chilly.
