Extremely disappointing and concerning experience.
We have been dealing with serious issues in the campervan for several days now: no heating and faults with the 240V electrical system, which is especially serious while travelling during winter and fully depending on the vehicle.
What has been even worse than the breakdown itself is the way the company has handled the situation. Instead of arranging a prompt professional inspection, for days we have been asked to carry out technical troubleshooting ourselves: checking panels, switches, settings and even trying to find error codes, as if customers were expected to have mechanical or electrical expertise.
On top of that, we are constantly told that we “need to cooperate”, while at the same time being given waiting times of up to 4 days for them to attempt to find a possible solution that they cannot even guarantee. So not only have we had to deal with the stress and inconvenience caused by the faults, but also with complete uncertainty about when — or even if — the issue will actually be resolved.
We rented a campervan expecting a safe, functional and properly maintained vehicle, not to spend part of our trip trying to diagnose technical problems ourselves.
After multiple messages, calls and repeated checks on our side, we still do not have a real solution. The constant feeling has been a lack of responsibility and very limited support regarding a serious issue that directly affects comfort, safety and the overall customer experience.
What is most concerning is the lack of professionalism in the handling of such a serious situation. A rental company should have much faster and more effective procedures when essential vehicle systems fail.
I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting efficient and responsible support when real problems occur during a trip.
