where to start: - incorrect instructions on how to get to what was a different pickup point for the car - when we arrived the collection point was unstaffed, with just a phone that didn't connect
to the number shown so we had to use our mobile
- got through to be told we hadn't registered online before pickup (as we never received a request to do so) and so had to go through the whole process over the phone together with photographing out drivers licences and emailing them
- got to the car and it was 13 years old
- car broke down and we were without a vehicle for 3 days with no replacement provided so we couldn't do any of the things we planned for that part of our dream holiday
- whilst the representative, Ryan, who dealt with the breakdown was helpful, the promised refund and compensation for this period was not paid
- since returning to the UK our emails requesting the refund and compensation be paid have been ignored
