Oh wow!!!
What a campsite! I think we might have started with the best! The views were out of this world! Toilet facilities basic but 100%! Loved this site and if I have a spare night on our travels near the area I will be coming back to spend the night here.

Timber Yard Point Lakeside Domain Camping Area
I did love this camping area however the flies I did not love (especially as a girl who seems to get bitten alive) so probably not a site for you if you don’t like flies or prone to bites.
But apart from this it was a beautiful site with gorgeous surroundings and clean toilets.

Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve
Lovely coastal town to stay in.
The campsite was very clean and quiet. The toilet and kitchen facilities were lovely and clean. Hot showers available. No kitchen utensils but luckily we have our own in our camper van. Location was great right in front of the beach and we used this site as our base the night before heading to the Abel Tasman park for a days hiking.

Port Motueka Beach Reserve
I probably can’t provide a true review as we didn’t actually end up spending our night here due to the fact we did not feel comfortable with the homeless looking people in the area who were quite noisy
and drinking alcohol. So unfortunately, we decided to leave and head up further north and pay for a camp site which was a pity as the actual campsite area itself seemed lovely and right by the water. But it wasn’t worth us having a sleepless night worrying about the neighbours.
