We spent four April weeks touring both islands of NZ and would cheerfully have spent another six months there.

The scenery is amazing, the weather interesting, the people friendly and the experience incomparable.

Kenrick of NZ Frontiers is the most amiable and helpful arm's-length host you can imagine before, during and after the holiday. His long experience in motorhomes show in the thoughtful fit-out of the van. The LWB Merc Sprinter 3l automatic was perfect: nimble and sure-footed in the mountain passes, with the grunt to get up the hills easily and the brakes to match. The solar panels, battery-inverter, diesel heater and aircon made things comfortable and cosy as well as easily managing off-grid for days. Everything was fresh and clean on collection and Kenrick was always available by phone to help with any queries or problems we had on our trip, plus the ferry booking and taxi-ing to and from the airport. We did 3500 miles and were in roomy comfort the whole time.

We would love to do another trip and would never consider going with anyone but Kenrick at New Zealand Frontiers; enough said.
