Lovely campsite.
Reception was open at 7pm when we arrived. Hard standing pitches. Toilets/showers were very new and well kept. Great corner shower, nice and hot.
Paid per person. WiFi was extra.

Grass site with power.
Good overnight spot. Lovely views over the water. Quiet. Toilets, showers, kitchen and laundry were all clean and usable. Hot water showers for $1 for 5 minutes, and freely available in the kitchen. Reception had all the supplies that you might need. Even free lemons 😁

Great place to park up, hard standing, and great location.
Like minded friendly campers.
Polynesian spa was just the ticket after a long day - open until 11pm. Ice creams were delicious 😋. Also popped over for breakfast and to use the toilets in the morning. Very convenient and all the better for being free in the middle of Rotorua.

It is a popular place to park even in June.
There is plenty of space and was quiet. Some porta-loos available in the top car park. In the morning, the toilets by the bottom car park were open. View of the river was amazing.

Overnight stay, grass pitch and power.
Easy to find and pitch up. 24 hour access to toilets. $15/night to pay at the station ticket office. Really friendly staff.
Great access to the Karangahake trail. Train journey was also an enjoyable way to see some of the county.
Town was within walking distance to get food. Can recommend Lemongrass Thai restaurant - food was delicious.

Loveliest of campsites.
Perfect location, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Nice communal areas. Best shower I've had - great water pressure and very spacious.
Lots for children to do. Gutted I didn't get to bounce on the inflatable pillow, looked like great fun.
