Really sorry you had a bad experience! And hope it wasn't really a cockroach. We do suffer regularly from a native NZ creepy called Huhu beetle. These critters are often confused with cockroaches, fly in, and regularly suicide in basins and similar. They are pretty harmless, clean and just a nuisance. We pride ourselves on cleanliness, and welcome inspection any time. We appreciate all feedback, but if something not right, please let us know immediately so it can be sorted. Thanks
