Nick from PiwiWiwi – New Zealand Campervan Rentals helped make our NZ South Island holiday a trip of a life-time.

We loved the fact we were supporting a local family-run business and Nick is an absolute legend!

Van was comfortable, easy to drive and park at supermarkets or busy tourist spots (a bonus), & the van not having advertising on it, as Nick said, did turn out to be a bonus!) – the van has everything you need to have a fabulous time.

Loved the storage space, especially being able to put your bags up high out of the way and as a female I was grateful the van had the best spot to use for toiletry storage space/mirror for the “beauty bar”! The bed was super comfy, and the doona kept us warm.

The fact he provides pick up and drop off is a huge advantage, his warmth, his communications and customer service are first class. His willingness to answer questions and give advice as a local was so appreciated. Nick is so authentic in the way he genuinely cares about his client’s holiday experience.

He made us feel so comfortable after his quality van orientation; we drove off knowing we were going to have a blast! Being able to do Freedom Camping in the van was such a highlight, providing us with some of the best experiences.

I have and will recommend PiwiWiwi Campers to anyone I know travelling to the South Island. Do yourself a favour – Hire a Van from Nick – you won’t regret it. We will be back! The van actually did feel like our home for 2 weeks.
