Just pit toilets, but least a toilet.

A little bit expensive, but it is worth the money.

Tongariro Alpine Crossing
Great walk.
Expensive shuttle service, but you can walk up, see the top and walk the same way back. There is nothing specially to see on the other side and you save the shuttle.
