We rented a car in Gisborne with three child seats .

No assistance whatsoever so ever was provided to fit the car seats which were not simple to fit . If this is company policy seats that are easy to fit such as Britax Click right should be used

The car had a faulty reversing camera. We were advised to return the car to the airport to be exchanged which took time and mileage. We had made minimal use of the car at that point. The car was not cleaned (no issue there) but likely petrol not checked either. We did not think to fill the first car which probably had not done more than 50km max and was a Hybrid

We were charged $72 for petrol ,

The replacement car was returned full
