This is my first time in a motorhome/camper and probably my last.
I chose Britz because of their helpful 'chat' staff that can answer questions directly when looking at options, and I chose 2011 model Trailblazer expecting no problems. Sadly, greywater was a constant problem, the electric heater so noisy you couldn't stand it on for long and you need it at this time of the year, and you had to stand up to watch TV if you could get any channels because the tv fitting was rigid rather than tiltable, and the antenna pretty ineffective. There were so many ratttles and squeaks in the back that you couldn't have the radio on while driving and found it hard to hear one another as well. All in all, not what I had expected. That said, the staff were always extremely nice and very helpful. I'm back to hire car and backpackers for my next trip!

Very friendly and helpful, arranged pickup for Mitai Cultural experience, information on trout fishing in the stream you park next to, lovely walk down to the lake, clean facilities.
Has a spa but $5 per half hour.

If you can afford it and the weather is good, just do it!
Fantastic flight, experienced and interesting pilot, the only way to see Milford Sound. Awesome.
