Large sealed carpark close to road with. 270 degree views. Walkway to beach closed, but track via nearby Taranaki road down to village is a nice walk. History board to read and permanent light at Taranaki road park, but evidence of hoons. Stay in the upper sealed layby.

Noise of the sea and dark skies make for a celestial view.
