Be warned there are loads of sand flies.

Facilities clean and plentiful. Really nice relaxed site .

Lovely spot right on the shore of the lake as a result there are quite a few sand flies.

Excellent location just back from the lake shores in the centre of Te Anau.
Facilities were clean, though could do with a few more showers etc for the size of the site. Pitches could be a bit small so if you're driving something a bit bigger then do let them know, but they were very accommodating and tried to find us a nice pitch.

Quirky is definitely the right description for this place.
It's a good location, just a short walk into the centre of Queenstown and all that has to offer. You are packed in quite tightly but as most of the time is spent in town this isn't a huge issue.

We stopped overnight here on our way from Mount Cook to Milford Sound and what a great site it is.
Lovely and quiet with plenty of space and good clean facilities.

Really busy DOC site in a great location.
Not sure everybody books online so arrive early to get a space.
