Forgot picnic chairs, loud older model, lots of kms on clock, microwave not clean when we got campervan.

It's fantastic to hear that overall you felt that we were a good company and the service was good.
It is however disappointing to read that your microwave wasn't clean and there were no picnic chairs in your rental when you collected it. I do apologise for this and I will pass this feedback onto our operations manager to raise when discussing our quality check process with branches.
I do hope that overall you had a great holiday and you enjoyed your time in New Zealand.
