Amazing, this would be a 10 if the parking space wasn’t on a slant.
Views amazing, lovely and quiet, watched the sunrise, toilet and bbq near by. Forest gives it some privacy. Only 4 spots and we arrived at 7:30 and managed to get the last spot.

Amazing views of the lake.

Holdens Bay Holiday Park
Very friendly staff, we arrived past check-in and able to contact the owner who was very helpful and said to park up and pay in the morning.
Good amenities- clean and not far away. Reasonable price. Not much of a view and a few plane’s overhead but would still recommend staying.

It’s lovely to hear you found the amenities clean and convenient, and that you felt your stay offered good value. While we may not have spectacular views from every site, our location is handy for exploring Rotorua, with Lake Rotorua nearby and the city centre just a short drive away.

Arrived late at 9pm, spaces but small car park near houses.
Lovely and quiet, great views in the morning. No amenities.

Big and spacious, nice views, friendly staff, all amenities clean and up to a good standard.
About 20 minute walk into Paihia.

Very expensive, amenities really good standard and clean but quite a walk from most sites, especially for a hot shower- 5min free shower is not okay when paying this much.
Nice campsite but waterside not much of a view. Staff were lovely.
