Blue Lake TOP 10 Holiday Park
Great place to stay.
Absolutely beautiful place, we had a fantastic site with a perfect view of the lake. Facilities were very clean. Our kids loved the playground. Close enough to the city centre with no sulphur smell! Will stay there again without hesitation.

Tongariro River Rafting
We had an awesome time on the Grade 2 "family float" on the weekend.
Our tour guide was Luke, very friendly and helpful and made it so much fun. It was our first time rafting with our 7 and 9 year old children and it was fantastic. We travelled 8 klm's down the most beautiful river and we had a fantastic time.
Will definately go again next time we are travelling through. We felt completely safe the whole time! Thanks so much guys!

Rapids Jet
It's a well run operation.
The driver was professional and had a lot of good information. We have been on a lot of Jet Boat rides and this would have to be one of the better ones. The difference being going over the rapids and launching up into the air a bit while doing so was a lot of fun. Our kids loved it. We recommend the photo disk at the end. Thanks guys!

Miranda Tasman Holiday Parks
Fantastic place to stay in our motorhome the night we arrived from the airport.
Very helpful staff, we didn't get there until 9:15pm and it was no problem at all. We ended up spending the next 45 minutes in the thermal pools which was a fantastic way to relax after a long flight and 1 hour drive.
Very clean amenities and thermal pools which was fantastic. They also helped us plan our trip and gave us some fantastic advice on places to stay which was incredibly helpful. Very well laid out. Loved it. Thanks!

Wilderness Motorhomes
We just came back yesterday from a 5 day trip hiring the Longboarder 6 from Wilderness.
It was a real pleasure from start to finish - the service, advice, vehicle, staff. Claudia was wonderful in reservations, very friendly and helpful. Svetjana was great picking us up from the airport and guiding us through the motorhome and informative on how everything works.
The vehicle was fantastic. Well set-up and very easy to drive. We are a family of four and we found it very roomy. The kids had a ball. We enjoyed it so much, we are looking at hiring it again within the next couple of months and doing some more touring now that we have expereinced it.
There were no surprises and we felt really comfortable with Wilderness. It was a wonderful experience! We can't highly recommend them enough.
