Beautiful place to park up.
Sites right along the waterfront. Has a boat ramp and nice toilet block with dump station. Can catch a ferry to Auckland from here. Nice grassy area. Not a great place to swim and no showers but overall, a fantastic free spot.

Nice quiet and private site.
No views from site despite what other reviews said. Nice clean toilets, well lit even at night, but no drinking water. Boat ramp off the road just down the hill, and to the other side a quiet cove only accessible on foot. However both beaches look straight across at the oil refinery. Lot of mosquitoes at night
