Hi Mannebach & Siejert, At pick up we ask clients to use our free help line to let us know of any problems experienced while they're on the road. If the problem is to do with the motorhome we'll try to rectify it immediately. In addition, clients can undertake on-road repairs or replace broken equipment up to NZ $100 without authorisation from us and the amount will be reimbursed on presentation of a receipt when you drop off the vehicle.
