We got wrong car from what we order.
We chang to smaller car with no compensation. The refrigerton stop working ,our food got lost. we need to travel far to repair it. We force to do annual check and lost day to repair front suspension.
We payed high price and got zip.

I’m disappointed to read your comments above and to hear that you were far from satisfied with your recent Pacific Horizon experience. The motorhome you picked up from us at the start of your 3-month holiday was the exact vehicle we were requested to supply from your Booking Agent – being a Pacific Horizon Standard GEM. After expressing your discomfort with this motorhome, we managed to juggle other client bookings already in place, in the middle of high season, to fit you into a smaller & newer Premium model 2+1 for the remaining 9 weeks of your holiday. This vehicle swap was agreed between all parties at the time as being the most preferred solution, and that you were happy for it to take place with no difference in rental paid and no compensation due.
The refrigerator repair was done in as timely a manner bearing in mind the remoteness of your location (within 48 hours of being notified), and was still able to be operated on power as back up. The 6-monthly Certificate of Fitness check was carried out as swiftly as we could. Unfortunately this was not carried out prior to you being transferred into this vehicle at short notice, as it was not foreseen that this motorhome would be needed as urgently as it was and for as long a period of time as it was. While these fixes were being carried out, alternative accommodation & meals were arranged and paid for you at our expense and the vehicle was returned to you in less than 24 hours.
I acknowledge your above sentiment, but do hope you still enjoyed your New Zealand holiday.
