Very negative and unwelcoming welcome from the owner.
Fitness and spa on the side, but very outdated. Bad experience, bad feeling and we were not the only ones. Facilities also outdated.

We apologise if the receptionist was unwelcoming. Fitness and spa are added extra as not everyone want to use these facilities. Our new amenities block is graded 5 stars standard, so we are not sure what do you mean by outdated. Thank you for your comment.
