Small campground set in a vineyard beside 1800s pub.
Very friendly hosts, clean facilities, good food and drink at the pub. Try the huge swaggers breakfast at the cafe.

The vehicle set up is a great use of space for a small vehicle. The ability to extend the bed outside is good for warm weather.

Fun, challenging 1/2 day walk literally up the gorge.
Be prepared to get your feet very wet and beware of the sandflies. Great unusual scenery and few people.

Easy multi day walk dotted with beautiful bays and scenery.
Lots of campground facilities and a couple of backpackers if you don't want to carry your kit.

Go Milford
If you want to see Milford Sound, these guys are a good company with lots of extras (bbq, underwater discovery centre).
We were not that impressed with Milford Sound itself.
