Ok, We booked Lucky Car Rentals a few months in advanced, after reading a few reviews I must admit i was a little concerned about what people said and what i was to expect ?

We arrived at peak time in Auckland airport & as instructed i called for pickup from the airport to collect the car, pickup arrived within approx 20 Mins, which was ok as it was peak times and traffic was very heavy, arrived at Lucky office, waited no more than 10 min to be booked in and paid deposits & insurances, that was also very good and easy to deal with. We then looked over the car, a little older than i expected & maybe a good wash & polish would have made the appearance look better, but in general it was fine and after 4 weeks the car run perfect with no issues !

We finished our holidays & returned the car back to Lucky office, that took around 1/2 hr as they were really busy, so I had no problems with any of that, office staff were pleasant and helpful. We then were taken to the airport with no fuss or bother.

All in all, we had no problems & to the people who made bad reviews i'm not sure what they really wanted or expected ?

Would I book with Lucky Rentals Auckland again ---- Yes no problem.

PS, give that car a good T-Cut and it will look a million dollars :]
