Tuesday 14th July 2026 at 12.48 i had done my shopping. Went to the checkout. I spent $271.61 asked the attendant had she swiped my gold card. She said yes so I went home.

After checking the receipt I found no gold card discount. Rang New World and was told they would honour it when I took the receipt back. Today they did that but I was told if that happens again they won’t honour it. I was told I have to speak up and they sometimes have new staff and show my gold card. I had it in my hand. I was made to feel like a child today and I am a senior woman. Just appalled at the treatment. I won’t be shopping at New World Feilding in a hurry. I have been a loyal customer for many years.
