A little hard to find.

Turn right at the 4 cross roads (4 Square is on your left after the crossroads) follow the sign for public toilet and phone. Literally down on the wharf. Self service pump with eft-pos. Quite expensive. No petrol when we were there, only diesel. This is unusual according to the locals. There is also a BP petrol station at Awanui. And some more petrol stations farther north.
