On Saturday mid-afternoon, I purchased an Iced Almond Milk Vanilla Latte from your store.

Dear BP Flatbush Management,

Immediately after finishing it, I felt discomfort in my stomach. By Sunday, I experienced continuous loose motion, low energy, and I’m still unwell as of Monday.

I strongly believe the cause was the latte, most likely due to expired or poor-quality milk. This has been very disruptive for me , I work, I have a child, and what should have been a simple treat ended up making me sick.

I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and review your food safety and quality checks to ensure this does not happen to other customers.
