  • What a place.

    You expect to see dinosaurs coming out of the bush. Views to die for.

    Good clean DoC facilities.

    Sandflies are absolutely feral. Take long sleeves, repellent and a flamethrower, but go there you will love it

  • Beautiful coastal walk on the Heaphy Track, hundreds of Nikau Palms, great waves and beaches all the way.

    Toilets at Scotts Beach and Katipo Creek Shelter - go as far as you like and back.
