Good information, not for us because we were looking for information about the 'Lord of the Rings' tour.

On our first visit, a young lady told us, that there is only one walk in Queenstown...? no maps, nothing, she told us, that we have to catch the gondola and then we could walk..... on our second visit, another lady gave us many informations, tips and maps from the area.
I took a lot of information here about tracks in Otago and Fiordland. The help of persons at the reception was precious.

Good information but the people were not so nice. I do not know why.
Hard to have answer about the tracks in the area. Feel like they don't like the question, they just want us to book a walk.
Have a lot of information, had good maps for free.
Nice and helpful staff.
The person in Queenstown was not helpful.
Not so helpful, did not provide much information.
Friendly information, but brochures for tracks etc cost $1-3.00
Very nice people and very knowledgable - thank you.
Very helpful with information about Fiordland.
