We had an absolutely fantastic and unforgettable time touring New Zealand for 3 weeks and can't wait to go back.

The only way to do it is in a quality motor home from a company that cares and gives great Kiwi customer service. Unfortunately in this regard Abuzzy is to be avoided in every respect.

The oldest van on the road, tired and dirty, with missing cushions that made it impossible to put the bed up in the main cabin - in fact to many faults to mention. The only positive was that it did not break down although we lived with the constant threat.

The van had probably not been used or cleaned since the Lions tour when it might just have been acceptable for 6 lads on tour. For a family or a couple it was totally unacceptable to the point where on a number of nights we had to abandon to a hotel.

The company accepted all our issues saying they were nothing new ! Eventually they offered us $150 NZ as compensation. The issue was never about money and I told them they should make a donation to Love Christchurch and I would write a suitable review. In conclusion we had a great time despite the Motor Home but this company is to be avoided - change your dates even if they are the last company available
