  • Absolutely loved this place!

Got to view the eels being fed which was thrilling and to see an actual kiwi. They also had a very impressive collection of other marine life from around the world. The staff was very friendly, and I would highly recommend this place.

  • Wonderful chance to see the Kiwis in a well designed informative centre.

Feeding the giant eels was also great. It was clear the centre is part of the effort to protect the Kiwis.

  • An aquarium, some nice information about fish, only two kiwis and one of them very young and shy, small cages.

  • Eel feeding, Kiwi feeding.

Old fashioned but cute centre. Saw the feeding of eel and Kiwi which is really nice. Nice staff. $22 per person - worth it.

  • A little museum, very cheap, where you can see real kiwi birds!

Very interesting price compared to the other places where you can see kiwi birds - very nice spot!

  • Not up to date, smells 'old', don't like eels that much, but kiwi came quite close.
