Great location in the middle of town, and nicely maintained grass. No playground for kids, unisex toilets are small and it has an expensive laundry. Lovely lady at check in!

This place is small, but nice. Clean showers with good pressure - kidlets particularly enjoyed the colour-changing showerhead! Right in the centre of town. Good facilities. Lady owner was lovely, friendly and helpful. A bit of noise in the morning from a truck idling in a nearby location? Not a big deal though. Recommend and would stay again.

What a little beauty. The staff are amazing extremely helpful. Camp grounds neat tidy. Shower toilet bathroom exceptionally clean. Don’t forget $1 NZ for showers ( it lasts 5 mins) close to town, shops and restaurants and pubs. We will return in the snow season.

Fantastic place close to town which we took advantage of. We headed to the 3 pubs on a very snowy evening to drink wine beside a warm fire.
Camp kitchen was well stocked. The lounge and bathrooms were very cold in saying that they were very clean. Convenient and clean, what more can you ask for a overnight stay. We loved it and the hostess was very friendly.

No real complaints, apart from I think I paid about $20 to pitch a tent. I was wrecked cycling in and didn't feel like going back to the cheaper place. It's a nice site and well maintained with a good kitchen.

We stopped here towards the end of our 2 weeks traveling around New Zealand and it is by far one of the cleanest and nicest for the price places we have stayed. The lady who greeted us at reception was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. We had lots of room for our campervan in a nice courtyard, there are very clean amenities, coin operated showers, shared kitchen and dated but useful guest lounge . There's a 2 minute walk into the centre of town and the Mt Hutt bus picks you up right out the front. We would stay here again .😊😊

This is an excellent small camping ground close to town. The sites are spacious and sheltered. When we checked in we were given useful information and made to feel welcome. Good spacious bathroom facilities and comfy tv lounge.

Really lovely lady took a phone booking and was on reception. Powered site was good, facilities all good. Showers $1 for 5 minutes, great pressure. Only negative comment is showers and toilets are unisex, I'm just not used to that. I will be happy to stay here again.

Facilities basic, everything extra, dryers don't dry and the male manager has appalling customer service.

This is one of the BEST campsite we stayed at.

When we visited on 11-May, we were the only ones there so we had the whole place to ourselves. The hosts were very friendly and told me that we could park our 6-berth motorhome anywhere we want. Sweet As! :)

The kitchen was tidy and well equipped but the electric stove was not hot enough, for some reason.

The common toilets (with coin operated showers) and sheltered BBQ area were very clean. I must say, the lounge (where we spent most of our free times at) was very cozy.

We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this place to anyone.
