Perfect campground not far from Auckland airport with good facilities. Great pool to unwind in and the park is also pretty good for the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Well apppinted and very clean holiday park! We didn’t swim in the pools but the water was a perfect temperature. The kids loved the trampolines and the playground is brand new. Kitchen well maintained. Perfect spot for the last night returning to Auckland. Showers were very hot and hair dryer provided!

A very good welcolm from reception. €57 for 2 0f us on a campervan with power. Very clean well organised facilities. Wonderful quite big hot spring pool.
Only downside was WIFI not free, it cost another €5. Would certainly go again.
Most expensive site in 7 weeks touring the country. Very good facilities and clearly well running and popular. $28 for a rooftop tent for 1 night was rediculous I though but end of a long day..... if you're self contained & don't need much for the night just drive a few ks north and there's a great spot on the shore just past the bird spotting/sanctuary - much better in my humble opinion.
Our family arrived on a Friday to Auckland International Airport, and we rent a motorhome to travel around NZ. Our first night and the last night of the trip we stayed at Miranda Holiday Park. Such an excellent way to start or finish our journey. This place has all the necessary accommodation for travelers and motorhomes, and even have access to the hot spring pool early day and late night. This place was one of the highlights of our trip to NZ.
Stayed 2 nights great facilities really clean friendly staff. hot springs was overcrowded for our liking so left out. A little on the expensive side for a tent site.
Probably the best equipped site we visited. Wifi a bit patchy, possible as camp is pretty isolated in the middle of nowhere. Hot pool was appreciated and petanque and tennis courts were good.
Nice camping, with good facilities (toilets, showers etc)
The pool is amazing, really hot and relaxing!
Anyway it's quite expensive, we paid ~115$ for a powered site (1 night) with for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children of 13 and 16). I think it's really expensive for what you get, okay it's a nice place but the wifi was limited to 250 MB... Also Miranda is not a city, there is absolutely nothing here except cows so you can't really do something there, except enjoying the facilities of the camping!
