Probably the best equipped site we visited. Wifi a bit patchy, possible as camp is pretty isolated in the middle of nowhere. Hot pool was appreciated and petanque and tennis courts were good.

Nice camping, with good facilities (toilets, showers etc)
The pool is amazing, really hot and relaxing!
Anyway it's quite expensive, we paid ~115$ for a powered site (1 night) with for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children of 13 and 16). I think it's really expensive for what you get, okay it's a nice place but the wifi was limited to 250 MB... Also Miranda is not a city, there is absolutely nothing here except cows so you can't really do something there, except enjoying the facilities of the camping!

Very nice and quiet place. Very Clean facilities. A lot of free activities like Frisbee Golf, heated Pool, minigolf, flying fox ect.
There is all that you need to feel relaxed, hot and clean shower, big kitchen, roofed bbq area, nice and big pool, Trampolin, playground, friendly Staff, free WiFi and of course dump Station. Really Lovely area.
There is no access to the beach.
Brilliant site. Excellent facilities and hot pool. Well worth the money.
The sort of standard Top 10 used to be.
The most expensive site we stayed at, but reflected in the facilities provided. Good showers with hair dryers. Large kitchen and lounge area with TV and books. Free tennis court and hot spring pool. Shop with basics. Also Great cooked food available from Thermal Pools next door. Stayed extra nigh. Good place to rest and recuperate during travels.
I spent one night while bike trekking. Very clean, pool was good. A little expensive. Staff were great.
Big campsite with nice facilities, big clean kitchen, very well equipped. Nice showers and toilets. Good laundry facilities. BUT very noisy with families/children so don’t stay for a quiet night ( or ask to be further from facilities block). Although the park does have a very nice hot pool that was quiet in the evening, but I think you can pay to get into the hot pools behind the campsite too.

Our last night in NZ. Very handy site for returning to Airport about 1-1.5 hr run (road works at the moment) Very friendly staff. Plenty of showers and toilets. Kitchen looked good but we didn't need to use it. Large outdoor communal seating area, good laundry $3 wash, $3 dry. Quiet considering it is a large site and there was a big group of motor homes travelling together and it was their first night in NZ. Bernie the Manager was really helpful. He let us wash our hired Motorhome, even providing us with detergent, so that we returned it in good order.
