We had a perfect and relaxing stay at this very well kept and cozy campground.
Beatifull view over the arapaoa river and hills. Surprisingly few guest staying at the campground with regards to high quality of amenities and the very friendly hosts. We can highly recommend staying here.

Hi fellow campers, If you want a great place to camp we highly recommend this campground,great facilities very clean and well looked after, beautiful surroundings overlooking the river,great playground
and they are dog friendly.best price we've come across and no extra cost for power.will be back

Heavy storm hit but no damage due to trees and planting.
Tent site, camper sites and cabins to rent.
Friendly owner.
Was able to do day trips while we stayed.
Full Kitchen with appliances and spices you can use.

Awesome spot for our first campervan night.
Welcoming host. We were worried as it was later in the day and didn’t have a booking but it was fine and we had a corner of the campground to ourselves w a great view. Great to hear the sheep at night and in the morning and great sunset. Nice facilities, great to be able to wash dishes etc. did not use kitchen besides that or shower but nice to have access to those and laundry facilities / outside drying rack & BBQ.

Great spot with beautiful views over the harbour.
Very well set out & the facilities are immaculate. Super customer service & very friendly, appreciated the ice cold complimentry beverages after a hot, hilly & windy days cycling. Highly recommended

A well designed and maintained campsite in a beautiful setting.
The kitchen and dining room are sparkling clean and has everything one needs. Highly recommend.

Nice well-maintained sites, great views, well equipped kitchen.
Only one shower, small (nice) playground, but with a badly maintained and unsafe trampoline. Only campsite that charges fully for infants, which made it too expensive for us. Paying Top 10 price for way less facilities.

Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful owners.
Walking distance to Kauri Museum (absolute must see, don't be put off by the museum word).
