We hired a vehicle during March from Kylee at Euro Rental in Christchurch for our travels to Queenstown and the coastal trip return to Christchurch.
The vehicle we wanted was in service and was collected in time for us to have for our down south holiday. Kylee was extremely helpful and kind to us. The rental charge was very reasonable indeed and Kylee’s service was greatly appreciated.

From the moment of first contact with Kaylee right to the end of our hire period we were made to feel special . With the attention to detail and assistance in our travel plans by Kaylee this family owned and run business proves that caring and service, the old style, will always succeed.

From start to finish, everything was seamless. Kylee provided exceptional customer service—friendly, professional, and made the process stress-free. The Subaru XV Hybrid we rented was spotless, comfortable, and drove beautifully. Pickup and return were quick and hassle-free, and the pricing was clear and fair. I’ll definitely choose Euro Car Rental again and highly recommend!!!

Thank you for the vehicle at the last minute. The service was excellent. At the Christchurch accommodation we had complimentary drop off to our accommodation and at the end drop complimentary drop off to the airport. We were given many recommendations for tourist attractions and that was a great help. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

Kylee was incredibly accommodating, even with our delayed flight – she was right there at the airport to meet us, and the whole pickup process was smooth and stress free.
The vehicle was reliable and handled our trip from through the South Island with no issues. Drop off was just as easy. High quality cars, excellent communication, and top notch service. Would definitely recommend Kylee and the Euro Car Rental team!

Literally best service (like it used to be the standard in this industry) for lower prices than with "the big ones"; pick-up from the airport, a bottle of water waiting for you, drop-off at home at the end of the rental (whenever possible, of course). The kind of personal service you wish to find with anything you rent. On top of that fun, good-quality cars. Highly recommended.

I rented an ND MX-5 for 3 days from Euro Car Rental.
The car was extremely well presented, in fact, it was like new. Kylee was very easy to deal with, and the whole process was very straightforward. I can highly recommend them.
