Meeting her was fantastic; she’s great to deal with, very professional, and genuinely helpful. The car drove beautifully, and her offer to drop us to the hotel was much appreciated. Strongly recommended 👍🏻

Great car, very clean with no issues. Great communication.

Our rental experience was hassle free.
Our car was clean, well maintained and economical. Kylee was so helpful and informative and went out of her way for us when we were delayed in Christchurch airport terminal. We can definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much Kylee and the team.

We hired a vehicle during March from Kylee at Euro Rental in Christchurch for our travels to Queenstown and the coastal trip return to Christchurch.
The vehicle we wanted was in service and was collected in time for us to have for our down south holiday. Kylee was extremely helpful and kind to us. The rental charge was very reasonable indeed and Kylee’s service was greatly appreciated.

From start to finish, everything was seamless. Kylee provided exceptional customer service—friendly, professional, and made the process stress-free. The Subaru XV Hybrid we rented was spotless, comfortable, and drove beautifully. Pickup and return were quick and hassle-free, and the pricing was clear and fair. Thank you for the vehicle at the last minute. The service was excellent. At the Christchurch accommodation we had complimentary drop off to our accommodation and at the end drop complimentary drop off to the airport. We were given many recommendations for tourist attractions and that was a great help. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

Kylee was incredibly accommodating, even with our delayed flight – she was right there at the airport to meet us, and the whole pickup process was smooth and stress free.
