AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
This is a nightmare company to work with. We booked a quick 20 minute ride for 11:30, only to be emailed, not called, to say that our ride had been bumped to 12pm and we needed to call them to confirm our spot. We called and left a message since nobody decided to pick up. We arrived at 11:15 and were told that we probably won't fly at 12 either but could PAY MORE and get on the 1pm flight. We were given a guarantee it would fly. So, we decided to wait around until check in for that flight after paying the required amount to 'upgrade'. We went to check in at 12:45 only to be told they cancelled it and we could wait another hour if we wanted to. We asked to speak with their manager and she decided to cancel the flight then go on break to smoke in the parking lot. After she finally decided to come back, she told us that she can't process a refund for us and to contact a completely different company. When I asked the manager if there was a NZ business complaint agency, she refused to tell me and kept avoiding giving any information. I had to find out through a Google search. We've stayed in NZ for 10 days and haven't run into such a dishonest, unprofessional company and staff as this one. Save your time and money for a better, reputable and professional company. -10/10, would never recommend.

We took the heli-hike to Tasman Glacier.
This is a 5 out of 5 star experience that vastly exceeded our expectations. The guides and pilot were outstanding and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the equipment and how to walk with crampons. When needed, the guides gave a helping hand to navigate difficult parts of the terrain for whomever needed it. They provided useful information about glaciers and showed us some noteworthy aspects including an ice cave, a cascade of melting ice, and water trickling underground at the bottom of a crevasse. Kudos to our team of guides, Scott, Eddie, Zach and Troy.

We did the Alpine Vista experience from Mount Cook, ground staff excellent and even looked after our small dog while we went up in the helicopter.
Nigel, our pilot was very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. The snow landing on the mountain amazing! Thankyou so much Helicopter Line!

The scenery, situation and the fact that you are flying through it make this trip.
The fact that the pilot was terse and almost incommunicate could not detract. My 2 questions once we had landed on the snowfield were replied with a grunt and a dismissive attitude so I simply gave up and absorbed the experience. I do highly recommend this trip but don't expect any commentary, explanation or answers to questions just enjoy the ride!

I spent $500 for a scenic helicopter flight (70min) with a glacier landing (Tasman Glacier).
You have to do one scenic flight over the Southern Alps in New Zealand. But the weather has to be stunning!! Do a helicopter flight not just with an airplane!!!

We flew with the helicopter to Fox Glacier and Mt Cook.
It was nice to fly over the landscapes and the amazing Glacier. You could see the Glacier clearly, but around Mt Cook there were some clouds.

We did a 40 minute 'Mountain Scenic Spectacular!' flight and it was amazing.
We enjoyed every minute of it. It was beautiful to see Franz Josef and Fox Glacier from above. Did a snow landing in front of Mt Cook. Priceless!

Excellent flights over glacier.
Unfortunately could not land because of low cloud/rain. Awe inspiring.

The flight from Glentanner Park round Mt Cook is the most spectacular adventure we had in NZ.
(Middle seats = no good views).

Scenice flight over Lake Pukaki, Mount Cook and Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers.
Expensive but an inspiring once in a lifetime experience.
