Well maintained facilities, amenities (shops etc) not too far away.
Would recommend. Circus setting up at other end of grounds at beginning of July 2025 so following few weeks might be interesting.

Easy stopover after getting Campervan from Auckland.
Many of the powered sites had padlocks on the outlet which limited choices. Facilities clean and good condition

Got a spot but no powered ones left.
Busy site

Very friendly check in and excellent value.

Toilets and hot, strong showers.

Didn’t use other facilities.

Minor train noise and cars leaving early in the morning but quiet site generally.

We really enjoyed this quiet spot for an overnighter.
Facilities include a laundry, toilets and showers with all facilities kept in a very cean and very tidy condition.
