I joined the Alpine Safari Tour on the last day of my 6 week trip around NZ and it was the HIGHLIGHT of my trip - it included so much in one and it was the best jetboat experience (i did 3 jetboat rides
while in NZ), the guide, vehicle, lunch etc was AEWSOME! would highly recommend.

It can be a gamble booking things 12,000 miles away, but the gamble certainly paid off.
Hasslefree certainly lives up to its name - the really prompt reply to my initial email, friendly and speedy responses to my queries and the professional delivery of the tours - all went very smoothly.
Drivers on the LOTR tour and the AlpineSafri Tour were knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic, making sure the experience was as good as possible from pick-up to drop-off at our accommodation.
Excellent value for money - and even the weather was beautiful. We'd recommend the company to anyone.

Eldoras tour.
Very good guide. I don't know how he managed to keep talking so much! (he did make a joke of it!) Fascinating place (Mt Summer, location of Edoras). My only quibble is maybe it was a bit pricey.

Thank you so much for your review of our Lord of the Rings Tour. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your time with us and appreciate your comments regarding the lunch offering.
Due to the remote location of this tour, unfortunately we are limited in the style of lunch we can serve. We now offer a delicious picnic lunch, including a large sandwich (chicken, ham, vegetarian) and large sweet treat (assortment of slices/cakes) with water, orange juice and sparkling wine. We will continue to monitor this and can make adjustments for those with specific dietary requirements.
