The cliff-top location here is the real point of difference. It's a 47-metre drop over the Waikato River, and the views before you jump are genuinely something. Most people talk about the water touch option first up. Getting dunked in that clear river below is the go, and the crew are pretty precise about it if you tell them what you want.
The staff get consistently good marks across the reviews. Relaxed, no pressure, make all kinds of people feel safe. That matters when you're standing on a cliff talking yourself into it. Really awesome.
Perfect location and the staff know how to handle all kinds of people. The only negative thing is that the pictures are too expensive.

Don't miss this place even if you don't want to do bungy - the view is spectacular and you can watch others jumping down, which is fun.

Drive to the east side of Taupo until there is a curve where there are a lot of cars.
Park there and walk down to the cliffs. The jump is phenomanal!

The last two seconds before your jump you will be gazing at the Waikato River below until you feel its cold water right at your nose.

I got my jump on special for $60 instead of $150 which was pretty good, but then I still had to pay $80 for my photos and DVD, that sucks.
But I paid it because I paid less on the actual jump. Cons of bookme.co.nz
